Donald Briscoe is an experienced social work professional with over 20 years of expertise in children’s services, including leadership roles such as Team Manager and Senior Practitioner. He holds a Social Work Diploma and is HCPC registered, bringing a deep understanding of care legislation, safeguarding, and best practice.

As Responsible Individual and Registered Service Manager, Donald leads daily operations, ensuring full compliance with OFSTED’s Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations. He maintains oversight of the care and progress of children placed within the homes through close collaboration with the Deputy Manager and senior leadership, analysing service performance and sharing insights with teams to improve outcomes. Donald also supports and supervises key staff and managers, embedding trauma-informed and outcome-driven care across services.

He acts as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, manages risk and incidents, and ensures systems are in place for regulatory inspections. Donald works in partnership with OFSTED, Local Authorities, and clinical professionals, while co-ordinating referrals and ensuring placement matching and assessments meet individual needs.
