Malvin is a strategic leader with a strong background in IT systems, data protection, and operational oversight, holding a BSc (Hons) in Computer Networks and Computing Management. With over a decade of experience across public and healthcare sectors, including Derbyshire Constabulary and care companies, he brings a depth of expertise in secure IT environments and regulatory compliance.

As Company Director and IT Lead, Malvin provides strategic direction for the organisation’s digital infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of OFSTED-regulated supported accommodation. He supports OFSTED inspection readiness, safeguarding compliance, and operational effectiveness by maintaining integrated, reliable systems across care delivery and management functions.

He serves as the organisation’s Data Protection Lead, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Caldicott Principles. He leads on cybersecurity protocols, staff data protection training, risk assessments, and business continuity planning, including disaster recovery and data backup systems. His leadership also spans support for Responsible Individuals and operational managers, ensuring the digital and compliance infrastructure enables safe, transparent, and efficient care for children and young people.
